Commercial garage

Iam quoting my first commercial garage, it will be used for maintenance of heavy equipment, there will be no fuel pumping or storage at this facility. Other than keeping panels and devices 18" above the finished floor, is there anything else I should be concerned with? I have been in business for a year now and any advice or experiences would be appreciated.

Remember this falls under 511 of the code. the 18 inches should be followed plus any wiring in the concrete is under that ruling to avoid explosion proof wiring you will have stay outside the envelope of the building and do not penetrate the floor, Check height of building for lighting.
