Commercial inspector

Who has taken the commercial electrical inspector test on ICC. Is it similar to the master electricians exam?
When I took my masters exam it was 100 questions 5 hours and had to pass with 75% or better. Open book code book only.

I see the inspector test is 80 questions 3.5 hours.

Studying now and want to be completely prepared so any insight from those who took it would be appreciated.
I used Mike holts study guide for my master test and passed masters.

I'm sure that you have the exam outline (below). I would look at the percentages and focus on what code sections will have the most test questions.

I took both tests fairly close to each other.
I would say the Electrical Inspectors test on ICC was not as hard. Most of the questions were more grouped together than the Electrical Contractors exam. There were also less calculations, which helped with time. I used every minute available for my contractors exam, but had an hour left for the Commercial Inspectors test (with only 3 questions marked to return to at the end).

Keep taking a few practice tests leading up to it, and i'm sure you will do fine!
