Trying to figure out the right breaker and wire size for a dishwasher and booster heater.

All Ive got from food service is the following:

1. Booster Heater- 208V 3ph, 66.7A, 24kW

2. Dishwasher- 208V 3ph, 60A, 3hp

What factors do I apply to the load when sizing breaker and wire of each?

Thank you!

You really need model numbers, but a Hatco 24KW booster specs a 90a breaker and 3g wire (I happened to have the doc for those handy).

Wire size is based on THHN wire for branch circuit protection at .91 derate factor. Circuit breakers and fused disconnects are to be mounted remote and wired by contractor. Sizes are based on the 2002 NEC table 310-16. Conduit size based on conductors plus ground wire sizing per Table C1 from appendix C.
