Commercial kitchen ceiling outlet

I have a client that has a commercial kitchen and they would like to put a plate warmer in the center of their kitchen. It is on Wheels and is movable and the only Outlet is one in the ceiling approximately 10 ft. I can't for the life of me find out what the code is to get power from there too the plate warmer. Could somebody point me in the right direction? I'm fairly certain I can't just run conduit down as it wouldn't be secured at all. The plate warmer is just a 120 plug.

Retractable cord reel.
I've used this one in a commercial kitchen for use over a table on casters

Several problems here:

* No NRTL with online retailers like Amazon. This one says no UL.
Extension cords require testing, labeling, & listing in the united states.

* Next problem is 15A capacity is not allowed with Small Appliance Branch Circuits.
SABC's in kitchen or Laundry specifically require 20A capacity.
If originating on ceiling, it's likely a 15A circuit intended for lights, not receptacles.

* No GFCI.
SABC's specifically require GFCI protection, and possible AFCI & Tamper Resistance

It has a UL label right on it.
You can see it in the second picture 🤷
Where did you see "no UL" ?

It was a 20 amp circuit that I installed 👍

I installed a GFCI breaker 👍

Be careful putting your work in public domains, where your peers can review it.

Select "User Guide" pull down, see UL = No, in Product Information section of Amazon page.

If you want Red Tag removed show us UL file number, and shipping label return address to check for internet counterfeits.

If you want Red Tag removed show us a 20A product, then tell us what kind of occupancy & room?

I see a UL label on the unit. That's perfect for me 👍👍

I don't know what red tag you're talking about. This passed inspection 👍👍👍

Again, I don't know what red tag you're talking about. A plug-in cord isn't part of the circuit. 👍👍👍👍

UL is not the only listing acceptable. I put in a Level 2 Dc EV charger that was so new, that the listing company came out and did the compliance testing on site, AFTER I installed it. It was not UL, but ETL if I remember correctly. Inspector accepted it.
