Good morning,
I have browsed the NEC and struggling to find much with regards, however I am being told by my electrical contractor that receptacles are not allowed under an overhang greater than 6" in a commercial kitchenette - I have attached a few drawings that show the overhang . Any advice would be much appreciated; Their secondary locations would be to face the receptacles out in the wing walls, to which I told them they would likely need their cabinet company to provide some form of hollow cavity to allow a cut-in box and MC; or provide a knee wall on both sides .
