I have designed a number of small commercial laundromats. First, be sure that all washers and dryers are single phase. Many are three phase. Secondly, there is nothing that I know of that would allow you any diversity at all. The service ends up being the sum of all washers and dryers on at once. The Saturday night syndrome again.
I used to work for an electric utility, and the actual load that the local electric company will see turns out to be a fraction of what your service load calculates to be. I often design a 400 or 600 amp three phase service for a laundromat, and the utility will serve it with a 100 amp transformer bank.
Rest assured that they will have plenty of capacity for expansion.
