Commercial Load Calculation (worksheet)

I am trying to calculate the load on an existing two story mixed use building on a college campus. The first floor houses a commercial kitchen and dining room along with a bookstore. The second story is offices and large meeting rooms. I am looking for a worksheet that I can use to determine the existing load. We are working with an architect in another state and this information is being used for design/permitting of some tenant renovation. Thank You any tips or other is appreciated.

You could do a site survey and get nameplates for everything, or you may be able to contact the utility company and get a years worth of usage reports.
