Commercial parking garage

I have Commercial parking garage. The commercial parking garage has receptacles. Are these receptacles require to have weather proof cover NEC 2014?

These are usually considered to be dry locations but each situation is different in terms of the locations of the receptacle outlets in proximity to outdoors. You should finalize the physical locations, then determine if those locations are dry, damp or wet.

I agree with Beaches, determine the location and that will tell you what kind of covers are needed. We always install standard covers unless it's in an area that will be subject to weather.
