Commercial repair garage/office/showroom

I will be wiring a new commercial garage with sales offices, and a showroom. It will be a pole shed type building with wood framing and a steal finish on the outside, and have one story. Where the wiring is concealed in the walls of offices, showroom, and parts room does it need to be MC or AC type cable? Or would NM cable be acceptable in concealed areas of this building?

'05 NEC 334.12(A)(4) uses not permitted. It then takes you to 511.3. Hope this helps

334.12(B)(4) mentions the hazardous locations as per 511.3.

Not all portions of the building will be Classified, and the NEC does permit the use of NM cable in those portions, as long as all other sections of 334 comply.
