Commercial Romex Exception

I understand 334.10, uses permitted and 334.12 uses not permitted when using Non Metalic sheathed cable (Romex)but I seem to recall another section in the code where there was an exeption to using Romex in a commercial building when it has a Fire Sprinkler system.

Exception: Where the building is provided with an approved automatic sprinkler system throughout, Type NM, Type NMC, and Type NMS cables are permitted to be used within walls, floors, ceilings, exposed or concealed, in buildings exceeding three (3) stories.

Can you help me locate this exception in the 2002 NEC code?

Actually, the '02 code allows romex above 3 stories provided the building is a type 3,4, or 5 construction. Check your plans or your inspection office for local amendments.
