If memory serves, there was a time when buildings under 5K sq ft we’re exempt from lighting controls and energy management.

I do know that changed. Can anyone tell me what the year was when that exemption was removed.

AHJ in the township I’m working is saying that that exemption still exists.

I believe this is referencing Leed certifications.
