Commercial vent hood lamps

Doing a restaurant remodel, the lamps in the jelly jars under the vent hood are burnt out. Went to get some incandescents, because I don’t think LED’s would hold up in that high heat atmosphere. Apparently nobody sells them anymore. Lowes had 40 watt, then went up to 200 and 300 watt, and the salesperson said once they sell that stock out, they would have no more. Checking Depot later tonight.
 
Health department inspection is Monday, so kinda needing it fairly quickly. They are not opening till next month, but they will not let him operate his food truck without a physical restaurant.

For now, find the biggest CFL that will fit in the globe.
 
We used to install rough service lamps there, but you can use LED’s. Just a regular lamp is fine.

The new hoods seem to all be using an integrated LED fixture now.
