commerical EV charging stations

I happen to notice alot of these EV charging station have the conduit bored underground. I dont see any saw cuts leading from stations. Anyone do these EV stations with a boring contractor or bore these stations themselves and what type of boring machine do you use?

Not related to EV stations, but I use a subcontractor (utility contractor) for boring work and he uses Vermeer machines. Idk the specific model number but his machines can bore up to 48" diameter.

were doing a couple in Las Vegas, the power company is trenching to main power
