Commerical Load Calculations

I currently use one of Mike Holts books, and the example load calc pages, for doing dwelling unit service calculations.

I'm sure the book probably had a page in it that outlined commercial service calculations, but I don't have it any longer. Can someone direct me to a website, or tell me how to obtain, an easy-to-use sheet/outline for commercial service calculations?
