Is 100 or 125 amp service either fused disconnect or Breaker panel the smallest you can install on a saw pole feeding a trailer/mobile home at a commercial facility.

Since you mention commercial facility is the trailer a residence or a job trailer?

If it is service supplied see 230.79
If it is feeder supplied see 225.39
Both sections have basically same requirements though.
If it is supplying a dwelling unit you must have at least a 100 amp supply.
Otherwise if only supplying a single circuit it can be as little as 15 amps supply, 30 amps for a two circuit installation, or minimum of 60 amps for all other installations. Art 220 load calculations will tell you if you need more then 15, 30, 60 or 100 for any installation.
