Can I use Communications and Power Cables in Same Raceways (Comm. and power cables seperated with division in raceway) ?

is it suitable for nec?

If there is a suitable divider yes.

Could you write the article number ,because of Im contractor in Us air force base and I have to show them article number .
Sample raceway "LEGRAND" brand ,with division .

Department of Defense specifications may prohibit this installation, even if permitted by NEC.

The good news is that they are asking you for a referenece.

the answer is yes and you may not even need a divider in some cases depending on what type of cable you are using and just what you mean by communications circuits. it also depends on what else is actually in the raceway.

BUT, it is probably a good idea to seperate them for noise reduction purposes, and because it is the way things are normally done. less confusion down the road that way.
