In Seattle does Comcast & Qwest provide & install their own services & handholes? If not who does? Also how far does the primary service go? Does it extend to a TTB in a building?

all the jobs i have down. At the start up meetings utilitys will show conduit path,number of conduits and location of the point of enterance. This is placed in our bids and the only thing they will do is pull wire and terminate. We will install per there specs and mandrell.
