Compact Copper cunductors

Another test question asked sopmething about conduit sizing for #12 "Compact Copper" conductors.

I know of compact Alum but not copper.

What am I missing?

Compact copper conductors are available. Commonly used in medium voltage cables.

So where is the table for compact copper?
Table 8 note # 3 mentions it

Annex C for conductors all the same size. Use Note 3 of Table 8 for combinations.
