Company Website-Online Job Application

We have a company website, and wish to have our prospective employees apply to work on our website.

Without re-inventing the wheel on our website, does anybody know of a website that we could link to, that collects applicant information and sends it to the company hiring (AKA me).



We are looking into advertising for help on the radio, and we need to have a place they can go on their phone or computer to apply. Reading a phone number on the radio just doesn't end up being very memorable. Neither is an email address.

I had our web developer make a page on our site.

I only want the applicants i am interested in, coming in for interviews. I dont want random people showing up to fill out an application, and when they call you can just point them to your web site.

Remembering a web address really isn't aways easy either, but can be customized to be easier to remember then phone numbers, and probably is easier to search for if you are even close to remembering the right thing.

What you want from the website based application can depend on what the site designer can do/what you ask them to do.

You could go from just having applicants download a form to fill out and send back via mail, email, and you as applicant reviewer basically need to look at same applications as you would had they came in and picked up a hard copy to fill in and return. Or you could possibly have application results put into a database and be able to search for certain criteria, or even have some data content become a filter in the sorting of what order applications appear for you to view let the software sort some items you know you want to reject and move other interests higher on your viewing list.

Not suggesting you beak any equal opportunity here but if you have a position that requires a certain number of years of experience - the system can sort out those that don't have it without you even seeing those applications, and thing of that nature.
