Compatible Breaker for a Challenger PM4

Trying to bid a job with little info. No site visit allowed because it's in a state correctional facility. The only info is "Provide a 480V, 35KAIC, 350A, Three pole breaker and mounting kit compatible with an existing Challenger PM4 panelboard". Not sure if a PLR4-A or a PLR4-B on a "KD" frame would work? Anyone have any experience recently with this?

Request more accurate information, give them three different bids pending on which one is needed, bid according to highest priced one, or get yourself thrown in jail and you may be able to get a closer look at it

May want to contact Eaton/Cutler-Hammer as later Challenger panelboards were Westinghouse products in Challenger clothing.
