*Hot tub installed outdoors.
*50A GFCI breaker in main panel inside the home.
*6/3 NM runs inside the home and terminated inside a properly placed disconnect within site of the hot tub.
*From the disco 6/3 UF is properly protected and runs to the hot tub.

All wiring is correct and the hot tub functions.

Is there a problem with this install?

The answer is within the information given, not what was not given. No bonding issues, not disconnect issues. What say you?

I'm not code book thumper, but pratical experience makes me scratch my head about the UF for some reason I don't like it.

Seems from 680.42 the hotub would need to be connected by LFMC, LFNMC, or Cord & Plug.

No book in front of me but I think the EGC has to be insulated. NM ok inside but outside should be in conduit and the last 6ft can be liquit tite.

NM cable is not allowed in wet locations. IMHO disconnect or raceway installed in a wet location is still a wet location inside of disconnect and raceway. Thats the way I understand this. You would have to change to a wet location wire THWN or any other W rated wire before going outside.
