Computer Lab Receptacles

Can I assume computer lab (at a school) receptacles to be general purpose receptacles? That being anything over 10,000 VA I would be able to take the demand calculation of .5. I am using the conservative assumption of 80% of the single pole breaker as being the load rather than counting the receptacles and multiplying it by 180 VA.

Is this a multi outlet assembly. Do you know what types of items are being plugged in.
