Reading the electrical data of the mechanical schedule. The FLA is 62.9 amps. DOes the disconnect need to be sized at 115% or 125% of FLA? Thanks.

Really doesn't matter as either number would be a 100 amp disconnect. The exact OCP would depend in the factory specs.

440.12 (1) Ampere Rating. The ampere rating shall be at least 115 percent of the nameplate rated-load current or branchcircuit selection current, whichever is great
but your FLA vs branch circuit selection current vs rated load current has a,ways been confusing to me so I just awaited nameplate data

Not less than 115% of the sum of the rated load current per 440.12(B)(2), AND it must comply with the Horsepower rating per 440.12(B)(1).
