Concealed(NMB in bored holes) vs EMT and surface box wiring

I am wondering how the man hours of these two types of installs compare. Let's say you were given a small storage barn to wire up and they wanted all exposed EMT and surface boxes. How much more would you budget as compared to getting romex and nail on boxes in the walls?

I am sure some guys are really fast but lets assume average speed.

There no information to even throw out a rough price . Three times as long maybe four?

Is MC an option if not it comes down to how high your runs are and how many bends. If you use cowboys and are able to work off a 6 or 8ft ladder or even better no ladder in sections it might be 2 times I'd you need to go up high and all over the place with bends when you haven't done it much lately it'll be 4 or more times as slow.
