Concentric K.O.'s

Is it a code to put a bond bushing or grounding locknut on a 3/4 flex conn.with #6 alum. (10 grnd) if itis not on the line side of the service as stated in 250-94. It is feeding a disconnect for a heat pump. I dont hink it is but I would like to make sure...any input would be appreaciated

250-2(b),250-12,I hope these help I can't find the article about concentric and essentric knock outs, but if that is the case, then that flex needs to be bonded to the equipment.250-96

Over 250 volts to ground, need to use assured bonding see 250.92.
If not then no special bonding is required, but the KO's can get loose so make sure the flex is strapped per the NEC within 12"
