Storm destroyed meter base and riser. A new meter base and riser were installed. Service entrance conductors were run from the meter base through an existing metal LB, short section of PVC conduit, and another metal LB connected to the existing Service panel. The two LB’s enter enclosures that have concentric knockouts. The knockouts are completely intact and have double locknuts but no grounding bushings. The conduit and LB’s are secured firmly to the home and it appears very unlikely for any movement that could break the concentric knockouts. Has been this way for 30+ years until the storm damage. Is this sufficiently bonded?
