Just finished inspection corrections on aconcession trailer.
Inspector wanted GFCI protection for all counter top plugs, & water pumps for wash basin/sink.
Did not require GFCI protection for top-level, ladder accessible plugs, controlling 120v lights & 120v roof Air Conditioner.
Replacing all Half-Switch/Plugs with GFCI devices was impractical. Was easier to re-wire junctions for separate neutrals to allow 1P GFCI breaker, then put GFCI stickers on the devices.
Snowie.com franchise dealer sold trailer with in-use 120v GFCI bolted to Homeline 4 / 8ckt, with both phase-legs shunted together.
Dealer specified 10-12kw for generator running all loads. That's 83 Amps going thru 120v GFCI feeding the fuse box.
Had to rewire everything for a NEMA 14-50 pigtail, and avoid cross wiring explosions using 240v Pedestal / Generator power.
