Concrete Encased

I have a new service to a new building, all distribution panels and meter are located in a mezzanine. Since is a service feeder it has to be concrete encased up to the mezzanine.
anyone have a detail on how that looks like. Thank you

Not sure what you are asking. Honestly, it "looks like" a vertical column of concrete. Since the code isn't specific as to the exact meaning of "nearest the point of entrance.." so your AHJ may let you, for example stop the encasement at the mezzanine deck.

Agree 230.70(A)(1) but find the "or" part of 230.32 stating there are 2 ways of protecting against damage once they are technically inside the building --

We just install it like a regular pipe run and let the masons worry about concrete encasement. From a job several years ago:
