Concrete Pole Base

Hello,
I am having trouble coming up with a detail take off for pole bases in the past i have just thrown $1,200.00 at them. With this tight economy i am trying to become more accurate. Does anyone have an assembly that they could share. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think your $1200 is about right.

My hard cost is about half that.

Depends on the size. If your estimating software does not have structural assemblies built in do what i did. I asked a GC friend of mine to let me on his system to generate assembly costs of my own. $1200 is a good number for most standard bases. Shorter poles and smaller bases will be less. I have also built some that were 4' around, 22' overall with 18' in the ground. They cost a few pennies more.
