Have a health care facility with condensation forming on recepts on the outside wall of the room (wall built in front of windows). Room is very well air conditioned. Over the phone diagnosed that the stainless steel plate is most likely the transfer point and suggested they try a gasket between the wall and plate. (2 1/2 hour drive so I can't confirm yet if it is just the plate) Conduit comes up from below, so it shouldn't be coming down the conduit from above. Anyone deal with anything like this before/other suggestions??s
