Condensing Unit disconnect

I know 440 requires a disconnecting means. But, does it need to be fused?

I have one that says mocp 25amps, so it has a 25a breaker in the panel (the panel is inside).

The only thing to watch for would be if the unit required FUSE protection and was not listed for a breaker protection. If that happened to be the case, you would need a fuse somewhere in the system. Otherwise non-fuse is fine as long as you have the required protection elsewhere,.
