I have a dimming panel board with 8 dimming modules that are required to be supplied with separate 20 amp dedicated circuits. Each module can accept up to 4 lighting loads. The modules have no integral over-current protection. Am I correct in believing that 240.4 (D) (5) is requiring the lighting loads to be run in a #12 conductor?
