conductor and conduit sizing

I need to know how to figure the correct size of conductor and conduit size for a 480vac extruder. it is 250 feet from bus bar with a FLA of 250 amps. also need to know what type of insulation will be required. max conduit fill is 40% with a max line drop of 2%.
