conductor and fuse sizing

I have a 32 kva piece of machinery (nameplate rating.) The feed is from a 480 volt bus duct to a 45kva transformer which steps down the voltage to 240 volts. What would the wire size be on the primary and secondary and what would the fuse size be in the bus box?
If you could show me the formula or articles in which to read about this i would greatly appreciate it.
