If you have more than one grounding conductor in a pvc pipe do you need to count both of them when doing pipe fill deration?? Thanks in advance.

No, a grounding conductor is not a current carrying conductor.

Unlike box fill which only requires a single volume allowance for one or more grounding conductors in a box, all conductors regardless of what their purpose is must be counted when performing fill conduit fill calculations.

But as Charlie stated, they are not used for ampacity adjustment purposes.
