Conductor fill 1-1/2 emt

I am installing a Generac Standby 20KW Natural Gas Generator and it's Nexus Smart Switch is Service Rated for 200 amp as well as the existing Distribution panel. I know that this generator's maximum ampere output is 75 amps per phase and I have installed three number 1/0 thhn copper inside the Emt conduit as there is also a SOW 10-4 within the same conduit which is connected to a sub panel for future use to a proposed shed not constructed as of yet. I believe I have reached the maximum conduit fill and I need to run the equipment ground which I want to use number two green THHN copper which will be tied to the panel ground as well as the Transfer switch ground and terminated to a copper ground rod to earth. There seems to be a question in the NEC code for using SOOW or SOW in a EMT conduit and I want to run the equipment ground in a separate 3/4 inch pvc which will have a low voltage landscape 12 volt line enclosed. The control circuit is in a separate 3/4 in. PVC conduit to the transfer switch which the whole set up is single phase. Can this be done as I have described and be acceptable as per code?:?

REMOVING SO CORD

REMOVING SO CORD

The SO cord was there previously before I inserted the 1/0 THHN and the SO will not be energized. If I remove the SO cord and replaced it with #10 thhn wire or 10-3 romex would this be acceptable as the SO cord is attached to a sub panel for future device load for a proposed shed not yet built.

If the feed from a generator are service conductors then 230,7 would enter into the scenario. Now I may be wrong about that as I have seen control wires in the conduit all the time. Just thinking out loud. If they are not service conductors then you could run other conductors in the conduit however you cannot run nm cable outdoors in a conduit. 300.9
