Most of the discussions I have read speak of keeping the 3 cable jam ratio being between 2.8 & 3.2 to avoid the possibility of cable jams when exiting a bend in the conduit system. I assume they are spaking of the diameter of a single conductor & where all 3 conductors are of equal diameter.
does this apply when the three conductors are of unequal size?
