Suppose there is a roof with an upper and lower level. If conduit were anchored to the vertical section of wall that separates the upper and lower roofs and installed greater than 36" above the top of the lower roof then do you think the derating of Table 310.15(B)(2)(c) would apply. I think not but would like other interpretations.
