conductor sizing in 2" pvc

In trying to keep the residental customers original 2" pvc under his driveway for his upgrade from 150 to 200 amp U/G service. I have calculated two 3/0 thhn and one 2/0 thhn in the 2" pvc sch 40. Would someone verify this If I cannot due this then I have to tear into his house and put a 2 1/2" pipe on the front of his home.
