Conductor usage

I have access to some free single conductor wire that’s going to be scrapped, approximately 800’

The marking is 4/0AL Type USE-2 XLP INSULATION 600 VOLTS.

Can these conductors be used for residential services?

Wasn’t sure if they meet requirements for sunlight resistance if used in overhead applications exiting a weatherhead.

USE-2 is a NEC recognized conductor in 310.104(A)
