Is it ok to have wire from different panels 120v- 480v in same trough , pullbox , raceway etc . cannot find any where in code that prohibits this.

You should look at 200.6(D). Grounded conductor identification is very important.

thanks for the reply, when you have enough people questioning something it can make you second guess yourself, I think the misconception is that "high voltage " and "low voltage" cannot be in the same box, they are really thinking of phone/ data /class 2, 3 ,in the same box .but in this case all conductors are rated 600volts.

Grounded conductor identification also applies to two or more systems of the same voltage. For instance two different 208/120 systems.

Do you have an example of two different systems of the same voltage that may be contained in the same raceway, box, etc.?

Yep, on several occassions I have been involved with large buildings that have several transformers thoughout the building combining in conduits in the building. And other buildings that have several smaller transformers instead of one large one. Example: 1 transformer for each of 3 panels in an equipment room, (all 120/208 wye) then gutter below all of the panels to drop pipe out to various locations with mixed loads from each. Other examples are wye and delta in the same building, gutters, and conduits.
