Conductors Grouped Together Paralleled Installation

I have (3) sets of 400mcm aluminum feeding an 800a disconnect on the exterior of a building. I have (3) 4" rigid nipples out of the back of the disconnect to a switchboard inside the electrical room. One of my guys ran (3) browns, (1) neutral, and (1) ground through one of the rigid nipples, then did the same with the orange and yellow phases. Is this against article 300?

It is a violation of 300.3

Not permitted. You'll need to have all three phases, and EGC's in each nipple.
