Conductors in 1/2" conduit Derating???

Hi all im a newbie and have a question. I have the option of either pulling 9 homeruns in MC cable or three 1/2 inch conduits. If I run the conduits can I run three hots and three nuetrals and 1 ground all number 12 thhn in each conduit and not have to worry about derating? since each circuit has its own neutral i dont have to handle tie and it doesnt matter about what phase they are terminated on correct?

You would have 6 current carrying conductors in each conduit so you would have to derate but, if your are using a 90 deg insulation you could still use # 12 conductors.

Correct, but it is good practisce to spread the circuits out across the phases.

thanks Roger I would generally use different phases as you suggest and do agree it is good practice.
