I have following question-

We have an existing 3" metalic conduit having 5X 350 MCM insulated conductors. I want to replace these conductors with 3 X 600 MCM RW90 + an 2/0 bare copper conductor as system ground for phase conductors and use adjecent 1" conduit for
an 350 MCM conductor as neutral with #2 bare copper bonding. Is there any code voilation in this.
Please advise.

Re: conductors in conduits

It violates 300.3(B).

You could also have some hot conduits with the conductors run that way.

Re: conductors in conduits

Why use RW insulation? If you use THHN the chart lists 4 600 in a 3" conduit. You could install the
3-600 + the 350 and use the conduit as the EGC.
If you want to use the 2/0 for an EGC you can check 300.3 and see if your applications meet the requirements listed.
