according to nec408.41 you can not have more than one grounded (neutral) conductor under a terminal. can you have more than one grounding conductor or branch circuit conductor?

Depends on how the equipment is listed but for the GEC landed on the typical load center neutral bar, you may have more than one under a setscrew. CH limits the size & qty of conductors in its installation instructions. We terminate only one wire per CB. Larger breakers may have provisions for parallel conductors.

Welcome aboard.

Yes if the terminal is listed for more than one. Most ground bars that I have seen accept 2 or 3 # 14 and 2 # 12.

Some breakers Sq D QO accept 2 conductors.

For those that allow more than one grounding conductor, they have to be the same size wire. You will notice this on the sticker for the terminal bars.
