Nothing says they have to be easy to access.

I know where there are back to back 2" LB's in a wall behind the sheetrock.

It may not be written NEC violation but in my experience it is always written in the General Electrical Specification that this will be avoided in so many words.

2011 NEC, article 100.

"Accessible (as applied to wiring methods). Capable of being removed
or exposed without damaging the building structure or finish or not
permanently closed in by the structure or finish of the building."

they look closed in to me, and it looks pretty permanent. top pipes are GRC,
spun together.
