It seems to me that I was once taken to task for stubbing up outside an existing building, doing conduit bodies through the wall and then to the main panel. The problem was that the main disconnect was in the panel, and the utility secondary conductors were accessible to anyone with a screwdriver to remove the lids on the conduit bodies. Can someone direct me to the appropriate code on this particular conundrum? I'm being asked to show where it's not compliant, and I can't seem to find the reference.
