Does 314.23(E)exception mean that you cannot support an LB that is larger than your trade size conduit coming into the conduit body. If not I believe it states that this rule is for a conduit body with only one entry. What would this be??? Thanks in advance.

A conduit body with only one entry is an "E".
Check out a Crouse-Hinds or Appleton catalog to see one. You do not see many of them. They always make me think of the application where open wiring leaves a battery bank & then converts to a raceway system.

So in your opionon is it a code violation to conduet support a 1 inch LB by 3/4 or 1/2 inch emt.
