conduit body with in 10' of a pool

Can one install a conduit body such as a Type T. Under a pool decking for post lights.. Lights will be mounted on post,more than 5' less than 10'. the conduit body is just used as a pull point, there will not be joints made in body. The Conduit bodies will be at maximum water level or a few inches below.
