Conduit drops(nipples) supported to cable tray

Hi all,
I've got conduit nipples drop down from an overhead ladder type cable tray to distribution panel. Would the nipples be primarily supported by the bushings for structural support?

There are tray cable clamps for conduit, simple and designed for that use. I would avoid drilling tray rails for conduit.
The ones I used were made by B-line.
